Where is the link for the streaming video? I sent emails to the Y this morning and got this response:
Yes, the link is on the swimming and diving website http://www.ymcaswimminganddiving.org/ ; go to: prelims and finals.
but there is not option to go to prelims and finals on that page...

The webcast of the 2013 YMCA Short Course National Championship can be found at the following link: usaswimming.org/ymcanationals
