The Coaches Association Board is a group of 6 elected positions(3 year terms) that represent YMCA Coaches throughout the Country. They meet twice during the year at both SC and LC Y-Nationals. General Meetings of all coaches are held at that time as well as at the ASCA Clinic each year. Topics are addressed at these General meetings and the Executive Board then summarizes concerns of the coaches and presents them to the Y National Committee at meetings in the Spring and Fall. The President of the Coaches Association holds a position on the National Committee. The establishment of a website along with a List Serve of close to 300 coaches helps to facilitate information to all coaches ongoing during the year.
