In the handbook, it mentions that a relay during the season belongs to the team. What are the limitations on that relay? Do the restrictions that apply to individuals swimmers participating at National also pertain to swimmers that achieve qualifying relay times (ie. age 12-21, never swam in college) Example: If a college student swims with the team during the summer and participates in a relay, can that relay time be used at Nationals with different swimmers?

For National Events the time must be achieved during the current season
Which is September 1st -April 30th.
Your summer league is it all YMCA's swimming YMCA's which is closed competition or is it open competitions where other teams particapate(That are not Y teams.?
