The YMCA National Masters Championship Meet is NOT covered by USMS insurance as everyone does not have to be a member of USMS. The insurance is covered by the certificate of insurance from your YMCA. This is the reason for requiring a certificate of insurance. You must be a full privilege member of the YMCA or or a program member (paying a program fee of at least $75) indicating that you have some connection with the YMCA.
