Will relays be contested in a prelim-finals format, or as timed finals with only the fastest heats in the evening?
In either event, how many heats of relays will be raced at night?

Only the 800 Free Relay is a Timed Finals event with the Final 2 heats swimming during finals.
The other relays are Prelim/Finals events with A & B final heats at night. |

Thank you. Can you tell me whether the 800 Free relays on Thursday and Thursday night will be swum at the end of the session (as numbered) or moved to the beginning?

They will swim at the end of the session as numbered for both morning and evening.
