I have never brought swimmers to the summer championship meet, but hope to next summer. I know usually the SC cut times are posted while at the sc meet or shortly after. When are the LC cuts posted?

You can expect to see the LC Qualifying times posted around November 1st after they are processed by the Swimming and Diving advisory committee in October.
